Everyone is always so nice and they make sure you are comfortable
The staff that interacted with me were all very helpful and professional. I believe Shelby was my rad tech. I can't remember the names of the other 2.
I was mighty impressed with Banner and their medical staff. I was very nicely greeted and prepped by the two wonderful ladies at the front desk and immediately taken back into the MRI area. I got my gown on and was full of apprehension as I had two bad experiences with "the tube"... I selected Banner because they had an MRI unit with open sides, yet one look at it gave me pause. The two young MRI technicians said: "Scott, don't worry, we'll get you through this." That stopped all fear for me and they gave me black eye patche... read more
