I would give Casper Housing Authority zero stars if I could. They love to read you all these “rights” you supposedly have, but when you actually have an issue, they do nothing. They sent me a letter with dates that were completely fabricated, and then acted like I never communicated with them even though I have email proof. They ignore problems, twist timelines, and pretend they never received anything from you.

Was told that 24k annual income is “overqualified”? According to every low income qualification list I’ve seen it sure isn’t! Hasn’t been for the other low income places I’ve rented from. Casper Housing Authority picks and chooses which is not something an organization built to help the less fortunate find housing is supposed to do.
