Was told that 24k annual income is “overqualified”? According to every low income qualification list I’ve seen it sure isn’t! Hasn’t been for the other low income places I’ve rented from. Casper Housing Authority picks and chooses which is not something an organization built to help the less fortunate find housing is supposed to do. I feel sorry for anyone who relies on this useless institution. On behalf of a family member- on the waiting list for over a year. Missed the *one* email they sent with instructions and a 12 day deadline for fingerprinting, so we will have to start the process over. Erica seemed to delight in denying my disabled family member. “There’s nothing we care to do”
