Came downstairs in the middle of the night because I couldn’t sleep and needed to make some phone calls (I have a sleeping infant in my room) I asked for some decaf coffee and they said I had it available in my room and the decaf coffee wouldn’t be available for another 2 hours downstairs. I’m trying to arrange things so I can say goodbye to a dying family member and the last thing I need is a lazy night auditor to not be hospitable while they work in the hospitality industry.
Room was nice but bathtub/shower was full of rust stains and the room smelled like mustard. Hot tubs were awesome!
Very busy....lots of kids
