Avery was great and super helpful with finding me a mattress to meet all of my needs. Go in and ask for him. You won’t be disappointed.
We paid for the drop off and take away of our old mattress. The new mattress was dropped off by fedex, but they havnt come to get our old mattres, arent replying on support and not replying from the store.
We had a great experience buying a mattress through Avery. We didn’t feel pressured to make a decision or to buy something that wasn’t a good fit for us. Avery was really friendly and took the time to answer our questions. We also appreciated the store layout providing privacy while trying the mattresses. Thanks again Avery! Highly recommend shopping here :)
Mattress was great for me but unfortunately wasn't comfortable for my wife. One star because terrible customer service at the store. we asked for return pick up...after 1.5 months 3 visit to store asking for updates nothing happened. Called Casper info line they handled it in less than 72h
