It was such a pleasure to visit the store the other day and meet Avery. His attention to detail, calm and caring demeanour, and overall exemplary customer service skills made the trip to the store and mattress purchase such a wonderful experience. While I already had a positive opinion on Casper before this trip, Avery found a way to improve my already high opinion on Casper as a brand. Make sure you look for Avery the next time you consider making a Casper purchase!
Avery is a rockstar and has the moustache to match. We have been looking for the “right” pillow for a long time. Avery was patient, informative, and sent us home with the perfect pillows. We weren’t in the market for a new mattress but now maybe we are!
My partner and I went to into this store not expecting to buy anything but just to mosey around in the hopes to find some good and budget friendly sheets. And we were lucky enough to be instantly greeted by the lovely Pam. She made the experience so amazing and honestly we couldn’t speak more highly of her.
