We paid for the drop off and take away of our old mattress. The new mattress was dropped off by fedex, but they havnt come to get our old mattres, arent replying on support and not replying from the store.

We had a great experience buying a mattress through Avery. We didn’t feel pressured to make a decision or to buy something that wasn’t a good fit for us. Avery was really friendly and took the time to answer our questions. We also appreciated the store layout providing privacy while trying the mattresses. Thanks again Avery!
