I had the best experience recently at Casper in Chinook. Avery and Pam offered outstanding customer service. We purchased a Casper mattress (basic one) and although we liked it very much we wanted to pay to upgrade to the Hybrid Wave mattress. Their 100 day guarantee is amazing - we paid to upgrade and they came and picked up the old mattress and replaced with the hybrid wave! We love Casper mattresses, pillows, and their awesome sheets!
