Fantastic service!
I ordered a Casper mattress and unfortunately experienced a delay of almost 4 weeks. However, Pam, the manager, was super helpful throughout the process and completely rectified the inconvenience. Now that it’s here, the bed is super comfy! Despite the delivery shipping hiccup, the customer service and mattress quality made it worth it. Would highly recommend!
Good customer experience nice approach.
Awesome service!!! great guarantee and exchange options. Was not completely satisfied with initial mattress we chose but it was so easy to upgrade. They delivered new mattress and came to pick up the old one very quickly. And best if all they donated the initial one to a great cause. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!!
I buy from them bar stools... it was good quality and also their custumer service excellent
