Just doing a Mall walk due to the rain and stepped into the Casper Store. Avery Brennan was the sales rep who answered all our questions. Absolutely no sale pressure but easily won us over with the quality of the Mattress, offer to take out old one, his knowledge, and little extras that made us happy and excited about our purchase. We have needed a new mattress for YEARS but I have been disappointed and always feel like I am being ripped off when we have looked at other stores. Best experience using the quiz! So simple and sale price is great! The only reason I have only 4 stars is because I don’t remember the potential delivery date and can’t find it anywhere. I didn’t get an email confirmation of delivery from Casper and now, 10 days after purchase I still don’t know when my bed will be delivered. My rating should change to 2 Thanks to Casey ( or KC) my mattress was delivered the day after our conversation. Casey gets 5 stars for excellent service and follow up. Thank you very much Casey!!!
