I have SO many issues with Casper. They outright lie in their marketing, lie in their guarantee for how fast a product will ship, do not communicate with you about any changes to your order and although you can generally get ahold of customer service, they never actually help, and the products I have of their are terrible quality. Recently, about a month ago, purchased a bed at this Casper location in the Cherry Creek Mall. My mom was with me and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The kindest gentleman, Ron C., was there to help guide me in picking out the right mattress. He was not a pushy salesman whatsoever and genuinely listened to what I needed in a mattress.
