Michael was very knowledgeable about the different models of the Casper bed.
I had an amazing experience at this location while looking for an upgraded mattress for my dad today. Michael was extremely helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable about explaining the different types of mattress options. We ended up going with the one mattress which was an excellent fit and value for our needs. Michael went above and beyond to meet our specific preferences and even personally helped us get it on our car the same day. We can’t wait to test the new mattress out!
First time ever checking out Casper. We knew of them online, but when I heard they had a store my wife and I went in to try them out. Aubrey was a delight to work with. We went with our kids on a Sunday, and she was patient us and the little ones as. She wasn’t pushy or salesman like, just informative which was great. We told her which beds we liked sent us price break down for our choices via email. By Thursday we made our mind Aubrey and Micheal both made the process smooth. Thanks again. Can’t wait for deliver day.
