Aubrey was very helpful the moment I walked into the store. she showed me various options and made me try them out without any pressure. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Aubrey was very helpful in answering our questions and patient as we tried out our preferred mattresses. We slept on it but went back the next day and she remembered which ones we were eying!!

I took a nap on a mattress in the Casper shop while I was waiting for my wife shopping in a next-door store in the mall. Their salespersons were very friendly and professional. We end up purchasing a new mattress, and Casper also provided hauling service to remove the old mattress. We are very satisfied.
I loved this store, it was a bit far out from where I was. However i love their pillow quality, I have owned one for over 2 years now and I had to get my partner one he kept stealing it. Staff there was welcoming and very helpful helped me find what I needed very quickly.
