Disclaimer: This review is based on my personal experience. I want to start by saying this company dropped the ball far too many times to count. I used them for an FHA loan and encountered unnecessary overlays that went well beyond actual FHA requirements. When I questioned these, my loan officer, Pete Georgiou, misrepresented them as FHA rules, which was not true.
