Terrible experience! Took an heirloom watch in for a simple battery replacement & was horrified to discover I didn't get that watch back. I took in an Omega watch that belonged to my grandfather, then my father then was supposed to go to my son for his wedding next week. I received back someone else's Seiko watch. When I went back in to discuss the issue, I was met with aggression & blame. I was told that it was impossible to get the watches switched up & that I must be wrong or crazy. I've been using these guys, for firearms, since December of 2021. I have bought 1 or 2 from in-house inventory, 1 or 2 special orders, and a few transfers. They are ALWAYS my first choice! Inventory is limited, but that doesn't really matter to me because I usually know what I want, and they either order it for me, or I buy online and then transfer. Danny, especially, is very helpful. He has a wide knowledge of firearms, and a low-key demeanor that makes him easy to talk to. There hasn't been a single negative incident.
Cindy and the crew are the best ! They take time to help you and just love the experience Not to mention the best prices anywhere !
The staff is very nice.
