UNRELIABLE – This will be my first and absolute last experience with these people. I dropped off 14 items to the store, which were promised for pickup in 7 days (which seems an inordinate amount of time in the first place). These garments were to make up my wardrobe for a vacation beginning the following day. A Real Value! – I have been doing business with Caskey Cleaning Co. for the last 16 years. They offer a real value while still providing their services not only in a timely manor, but in a pleasant positive manor as well. I can completely depend on the information or instructions that management gives me no matter what they are addressing. I plan to continue doing business with them for many years to come.
Best cleaners ever! – I used to live in German Village but now live in Clintonville but still travel down to Caskey's for my dry cleaning. The customer service is great and the quality is the best I've ever had in dry cleaning and shirt launder & press.
