This is a fabulous place to stay. Caron and Doug are warm and gracious hosts who have created a gem of place in walking distance to the center of the city. We’ve stayed here several times in the last 5 years and it feels like home.
Beautiful casita, spacious and wonderfully decorated! Laundry available if desired. Great outdoor patio w fantastic gardens, umbrellas and patio furniture on porch and outdoor patio. Tasty homebaked banana bread and coffee made by friendly and welcoming Hosts. Thanks tons! Dee
This is a gem of a place in downtown Santa Barbara. You can easily walk to State Street and the property provides bikes to use during your stay. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. The host is very attentive and the unit is clean and well appointed with everything you need to make yourself at home. We will definitely be back!
We love it. Have been staying here for 3 months in the Winter for the last 10+ years. Well maintained, in a great location. The street is somewhat busy since it crosses 101, but the majority of the time it is not bad. Fantastic owner lives on the property, is their when needed. Love the washer dryer that we share with the other tenant.
Loved staying here for a month. The host is awesome!
