Casita is small but intimate. Everyone knows everyone and everyone loves everyone. The staff is professional and personable. They went above and beyond to care for my husband and for me.
Casitas was amazing! My father became ill very quickly, we were frantic to find placement for him for end of life care, we found Monica and casitas through DOL, it was God sent….. my dad spent a short but appreciative time at Casitas, he was always clean, cared for and acknowledged. Our mother-in-law has been in and out of a few care facilities. This place is levels above all the rest. The other places try to do their best but this bunch goes over and above in all aspects of care and follow through. The size of the place, the staff are so very good. We came in here thinking that her time was very short. With the care and attention she has received has put her in a more at ease frame of mind and has extended her life here with us all. The wonderful staff at Casita have made my father-in-law feel comfortable and welcome from the moment he walked in the door! He was living at a larger memory care facility and not really getting the medical attention or engaging environment he needed. Monica took care of making sure the home was ready to safely care for him and then let me know all of the things he needed that the larger facility never recommended when asked (like pants and shirts that fit his aging body better). Due to a serious decline in our dad’s health, we were forced to seek the support of an assisted living facility. We were fortunate to be introduced to Monica Lovato and Casita Senior Living. After a tour of the beautiful casita, we made the decision to move our dad to this facility. Monica and staff were extremely patient as we transitioned him from his home.
