Rudy is a nice talker but he absolutely needs to learn how to run a business! He and my wife probably talked for over an hour about dogs, growing up in southern New Mexico and so on. He gave us a price and we agreed. We gave him half cash down and he said he would email my wife a receipt when he got home. Two weeks and nothing but crickets. Rudy came out to my house, seemed like a very nice guy. He took a look at my screen issue and said he could fix it; he would order the parts and have them in in a week. It’s been three weeks. When I call, it goes straight to his voicemail; like he blocked my number. Not very professional. I wasn’t rude to him. Not sure what the issue was.
Mr. Torres, provides great customer service at a reasonable price.
Fantastic and punctual! I put a deposit down and he got the job done on time! Updated all my windows and the solar screen look great!
