After having to spend over $65 on our chothes and having to send them back the same day because they were not done right, I was told there would be no charge and I get a text message saying they were ready at half the price. I had to call and be on the phone for almost 29 mins to get it all straightened out, the damn things were wrinkled all to hell again and did not have any creases or the heavy starch that we paid for. Been doing business with Casis for nearly two decades and have never been disappointed in their services. I had brought a pair of brand new pants in to be hemmed one time just before a post-civil war reenactment. It was an almost rush job and they took it in stride and their alterations lady even caught that the inseam was not sown properly and repaired thay, too. I was a very happy camper.
