The man answering the overnight emergency calls, apparently named Jai, should not be entrusted with emergency veterinary care. His conduct was arrogant, aggressive, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy when my pet needed urgent help. I have since lodged a formal complaint with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board.
