The man answering the calls for the overnight EMERGENCIES needs his licence revoked. Apparently his name is Jai, and he should not be employed in veterinary care. His conduct was absolutely unacceptable for someone entrusted with animal welfare. Refusing emergency care to a suffering animal is inhumane, unethical, and disgraceful. I will be lodging a formal complaint with the NSW Veterinary Practitioners Board about this incident.
