The man answering the calls for the overnight EMERGENCIES needs his licence revoked. Apparently his name is Jai, and he should not be employed in veterinary care. His conduct was absolutely unacceptable for someone entrusted with animal welfare. Refusing emergency care to a suffering animal is inhumane, unethical, and disgraceful. If I could put a negative star rating I would. Staff are extremely rude and very unhelpful. They do not care about you or your precious pet. I will never be returning there and would advise that you don't either.
For the vets and all the staff, nothing is too much trouble when it comes to the welfare of my pets in this clinic. Their compassion is genuine and their interest is on the welfare of their patient, not their cash register. A very professional establishment with friendly and personable orientation.
