Awful customer service we were texting back and forth for 20 minutes. Then they stopped texting me.you can't call them and leave a message because I tried that 8 times in the last 4 weeks they NEVER call you back !!! Very bad place .Stay Away. This is a cash grab. I paid Casino Tax Rebate a huge fee and I have seen nothing in 2yrs. Just google “how to obtain and ITIN # for a Canadian”. You will have to go through this process anyways even if use Casino Tax Rebate. Then under your ITIN # registered with IRS, file a 1040-NR, fill out row 62d and attach your 1042-S slips the casino provides you showing your withholding tax. It takes less than 15 min to complete.
