My husband used their services this year and had a very positive experience. He was a little hesitant after seeing some reviews online, but the team was very professional and courteous. The process took a little longer than expected but not on their end, because of the IRS, and Aishat gave regular updates to keep us informed of the progress. Will definitely use their services again in the future.
Excellent service from Aishat Dube!!! My application was sent to the IRS in Feb 2025 and I received the cheque in the exact amount requested in Aug 2025. From start to finish, Aishat was available to answer my questions and help me fill out the forms and provide the supporting documents to the IRS. Awful customer service we were texting back and forth for 20 minutes. Then they stopped texting me.you can't call them and leave a message because I tried that 8 times in the last 4 weeks they NEVER call you back !!! Very bad place .Stay Away. Unbelievable I guess they don't want to help people get there tax rebate like they claim .
This is a cash grab. I paid Casino Tax Rebate a huge fee and I have seen nothing in 2yrs. Just google “how to obtain and ITIN # for a Canadian”. You will have to go through this process anyways even if use Casino Tax Rebate. Then under your ITIN # registered with IRS, file a 1040-NR, fill out row 62d and attach your 1042-S slips the casino provides you showing your withholding tax. It takes less than 15 min to complete.
