Can't find any handicap parking. Slots are not the loosest as proclaimed. I win more in restaurants and bars.

We used the RV Park , checked in online got our passcode and it didn’t work. Called Reservation got a NEW passcode and Still didn’t work. Security came down to let us in Small Sites , Vacant RV Store , Antiquated Bath House , and had to call security to get into Bath House , he was nice enough to give me his passcode so I didn’t have to keep calling.

I think there slots are very tight and I can't win anything. I've been going since the old boat when u could win. Something. Employees are rude especially them waitress. I'm not the only person complaining about them either other gamblers.

At the ripe old age of 62 I have eaten in restaurants from Alaska to Florida. I have NEVER eaten food worse than the "7's burger" at the 7's diner at the Queen!!! Worse then nursing home food. While the waitress was pleasant enough the rest of the staff walked around like they were stoned or had eaten a jar of Xanax. Absolutley depressing! I will NEVER eat there again and I strongly suggest you never do. This horrible experience reflects poorly on management. The burger was cold and over done. Don't go on Tuesday to enjoy Sr buffet. No matter what phone staff say no Sr special. Haven't been there for several years. Food selection less. Serve yourself seating and serving. Won't go back.

I have been a club member since they opened. Lots of changes over the years. Use to be a very nice place to go. I love the no smoking but the entertainment needs to be reviewed. Should use the stage for good entertainment instead of those boring promotions that the same people wins. Takes to long to move to the next card. They need to go pull some of those old games they use to have back in the day. I go other places most of the time to win once in a while. But go there because of the no smoking. I love going to the Queen. I park on the parking lot over there and take the shuttle for the Cards games. I play before a game and after the game and have met alot of people over there. It is a friendly atmosphere. The food is great and lots of different machines to play.
