Needed a heater element for my dryer. Staff was helpful on the phone ensuring the right part for my repair. It was ready for me to pick up in the morning. Will definitely go back for any other appliance part needs.
My old dryer broke down and me, a novice, thought that it was a faulty door switch. JD was able to confirm the problem instantly when I brought in the old switch, grab me a new one (they seemed hard for me to find anywhere else) and get me rung up in less than 5 minutes. All this while being super nice and making jokes to make me comfortable the entire time. If you have a parts need, JD will take care of you!
