I had a dryer problem and late in the day I discovered I need more-different parts. I had to make sure the dryer was working before the next day. The folks waited for me to arrive after the normal closing time and I made the repair in time. Thanks the the folks making sure in had the repair made
I’ve used D&L twice now and they’ve been a joy both times. The first time, JD helped me find a replacement motor to an old bathroom fan AND HE RETROFITTED IT TO MAKE IT WORK! The second visit he helped me locate a replacement dryer knob which I was able to pickup next day. These are the businesses we should be supporting. They don’t make em like this anymore!
Needed a heater element for my dryer. Staff was helpful on the phone ensuring the right part for my repair. It was ready for me to pick up in the morning. Will definitely go back for any other appliance part needs.
My old dryer broke down and me, a novice, thought that it was a faulty door switch. JD was able to confirm the problem instantly when I brought in the old switch, grab me a new one (they seemed hard for me to find anywhere else) and get me rung up in less than 5 minutes. All this while being super nice and making jokes to make me comfortable the entire time. If you have a parts need, JD will take care of you!
