Very disappointed. I'm new to the area looking for a decent mechanic. This wasthe 3rd time using their service. Scheduled an oil change and break job for a Tuesday afternoon. The they got behind (which is understandable) and got the oil change done but not the breaks. So you would think right away the next day my breaks would get done. Nope they never got to it, so I picked it up and won't go back.
I have been coming here for years. I have been blessed with old hand-me-down vehicles that end up needing a lot of work over time. Aaron & James have been incredibly helpful- with information & repairs. When my vehicle broke down near Richland center I called them & explained what happened & I forget if it was James or Aaron I spoke with but he took my call, told me what he thought was the problem, and recommended Fillback Auto in RC. Highly recommend taking your vehicle here. I had my oil changed at a dealership and they botched it up causing my vehicle to leak oil. Thankfully, Cashton Auto Repair got me in within a day and resolved the issue, even working with the dealership letting them know the cause of the leak. This communication was needed to ensure the dealership paid for the repairs. Their prompt service and professionalism are truly commendable. Grateful for a reliable local business in the area.
