My card was shut off for $1.40 Apple Purchase. Even though I verified it thru their fraud alert system. I've had my card for over a year and now they shut it off and tell me I need to come to a branch to get a new one. Can't use it in store or online w/o warning - and it's the weekend. Been meaning to change banks for a while, this sealed the deal. I'll be taking my business elsewhere! If you are every looking to finance a house, do your homework... CVB will not finance manufactured homes. Waste of time.
