Went to Empire Cat will-call to pickup an order for a re-stock of Cat O-rings (all in stock). They supposedly didn't have my order in the system that I had placed a week and a half prior (that they said would be ready the same day) so they sent me to the parts counter to redo the order. The parts counter guy found my original order in about two seconds and took my payment. He sent me back to will-call to wait for the order to be picked.
