Very bad customer service, employees are very unprofessional. They say they are not here to help customers. They could not help me because I was not wearing. My reading glasses. They denied my service and told me to leave. I hope you do not hire people that are being aggressive with customers. You will lose business with these 2 ladies. This happened on May 15 @ about 5pm please see that these 2 individuals are trained properly. Very rude and disrespectful.
Racially profiled business.. We was there for about 2 hrs and in that time frame all customers that applied and got approved was Hispanic... My husband has great verifiable proof of income, Provided Bank statements and all necessary documents, just to be denied for a old Verizon cellphone bill... A cell phone bill really? There was nuthn else yew could've denied us for? Racist smh
