The salesman will tell you how great they do, but the company fails to follow through with it. I ordered 9 windows on Dec. 17th. of 2010 and didn't get finished with my install until March 19th, 2011. Windows were initially installed on 2-12 (Sat.), but by Sunday night, I realized that there were major problems with the install, although during the install I expressed concerns to the installer.
