Being able to get a massage with Allison followed by an adjustment with Dr Simons each moth definitely keeps my back and neck in shape. For flare ups they make every effort to get you seen and back to feeling better. No pressure for frequent visits. They will work with what you need.

Jennifer asks questions and listens well. She understands the weaknesses in my back and I'm grateful for the care she gives me. I'm usually back in the saddle in just a few visits! Debbie and Allison round out the practice beautifully!
Dr. Jen and her staff are so caring and kind but most importantly Dr. Jen knows her stuff!! I was only in town for a week but I was having a major flair up from my autoimmune issues (Sjogrens syndrome) I had numbness in my hands and feet; I had pain in my neck and shoulders and lower back. I couldn’t sleep but was exhausted. Dr. Jen and her staff not only squeezed me in twice in one week but I slept like a baby 3 nights in a row. She adjusted my whole body and fitted me for a pillow. I highly recommend this practice!!
Dr. Jen is the best! She sets the bar for chiropractic care. She always spends time with patients and genuinely cares to help them feel their best. This care is also demonstrated by her helpful and kind staff. On my last visit not only did she ease my neck/shoulder tightness but addressed my sore knee muscles.
