1. Customer service could actually care 2. Hardware issues for months, no current solution 3. Software troubles 4. Did I mention I paid a year in advance and haven't been able to properly use CashierLive for almost 6 months?
I love this app..we use it for our students with disabilities in the coffee shop we run. It's really user friendly and support is super! So far no clitches...thanks cashier live!
The new upgrade is not available to me and for some reason, this company doesn't recognize MAC as an operating system. I tried to work with a young rep (who would not answer my questions but instead continually interrupted me). In my frustration, I used a "bad" word when this rep failed to get me through the upgrade. Then MATT NOTO THREATENED to "terminate my services immediately". I work with babies and kids. Some are disabled. THAT'S THE KIND OF COMPANY THIS IS.
