I purchased used treadmill deck springs and when they arrived one was of good useable quality. The other was dry and flaking. I attempted to contact them with no reply. I had no choice but to install the spring snd it’s already failing as expected. Zero stars for customer service. The control board was delivered in a timely window, and well packed. However, I discovered the board is not compatible with my unit which was manufactured on or about Oct 2011 by Smooth Fitness (Smooth CE7.4 Elliptical Trainer). The company cites the Motor Control Board Power Supply Works with Smooth Fitness CE7.4 Elliptical.I believe its for a Smooth Fitness EVO REV600 Elliptical. I will return the control board.
