Perfect part to fix the tension sensor on the Matrix CXM. The old one had shorted out from sweat and this did the trick.
No response from their customer service via chat, phone, text, or email. I paid extra for fast shipping but 5 days later and the product still hasn't left their warehouse. Is this place a scam?
Great communication. Replacement item came, new, well packaged, and fast. Worked perfectly. Would purchase from again.
