Would give less than 1 star just dealt with them and I had made an appointment for then to come take my 1997 GMC for $300-600 at 5:30pm at 7:00pm I got a text saying they were late and would be at my place at 8-8:30pm at 9:00pm I had to text back saying don't bother. If I could give less than one star I would. I was helping my father sell his 2013 Santa Fe, and they gave me a decent offer for it. However, because the signature on the title from 12 years ago was not a picture perfect 100% match to their new signature they refused to take it. We argued for hours about it, and every time they offered to have a supervisor call back there would be radio silence and I would have to call them back. They offered me $2,811 just to come back down to $2,200. Once I accepted their new lowball offer, they lowered their offer once again to $1,800. Do not waste your time with them! Manasa was my representative.
I have sold them 4 vehicles already,and about to sell them another 1.always very fair pricing and fast service.highly recommend calling them before u scrap or sell your unwanted vehicles
