Beautiful lake views and private Lake Erie access via Sperry Creek is the best! Maintenance always fixes requests in short order.
I owned a condominium there for 10 years. First as an owner and then as a landlord. The management was horrendous as was the condo association. Nothing but red tape and disorganization. It’s a beautiful place to live but you don’t want to own there.
Well manicured grounds. General sense of an open layout and kind of cozy. Interesting old architecture at the original mansion.
