Poor customer service. Every person that works there will give you a different explanation for an issue you’re having. I was a long time customer and will never use them again.
Ridiculous! Dont take your gift cards here! Not only did it take them 45 mins to do the extensive paperwork to sell my $200 gift card, but then - on top of taking half right off the top- they only paid me half of the $. The other half i have to wait for them to sell the card to get my other half. They couldnt just pay me my $60 and deal with selling it. I mean isnt that the whole purpose? I couldve went online and sold it myself and got way more for it! Dont go here!
