Great team - on time and agreed price was met. Would recommend to all.
Time waster. Originally offered £2200. Changed to £1700 which I accepted. Since this offer & collection my bike had passed an MOT. Battery was flat which was declared. Guy collecting the bike couldn’t jump start it. Wasn’t told they wanted the bike running. Offered me £1400 as it hadn’t started. Obviously declined. Left wondering if they’d dealt with my husband, the outcome would’ve been different.
Jake was great to deal with on the phone, super helpful and friendly. Matched an offer I’d had from one of the other dealer networks despite being located the wrong end of the country. Quick and easy service, fair price and great comms from the driver on the day (Michael) thanks to Jake and the team for making a crappy time less crappy.
Bike sale was very straightforward. Jake was very pleasant, turned up when he said he would and paid what was agreed previously over the phone.
