Cashwise is the best store ever!!! Especially the service counter personal, they always are ready willing and able to help me. The departments are neat and clean, and the cashiers are very friendly. They strive on customer service, and it certainly shows.
I use to shop at Cashwise all the time before the Super Wal Mart went up. I read some of the other reviews and agree with a lot that was said. I dont ever remember being thanked for shopping there. I dont remember the people at the registers ever doing more then they had too. I definately remember the guy at the service area. I forget his name but I think he may be a manager there. Its just Cash Wise. Prices are better than Cub, not quite as good as WalMart. Selection is better than both its competitors. If you cant find it at Cash Wise, youll have to go to Byerlys or a specialty store because you wont find it in Willmar.Cashiers are not that friendly but theyre not ususally rude either. The service counter offers many services, but the lines there can be very long. Too bad the service counter people have to route all the phone calls; changing the phone calls to somewhere else would help that departmen... read more
