Do not allow an agent to Ashley assist with your loans!!! Since she set my regular payments for ACH it cost $142.40 in which I owed .15. I attempted on 3//6/3026 in person to pay.15 and was told they would not be able to accept my payment until 3/11/2026 in which they charged me 142.40 to pay 15 cents owed on the payoff balance!!! I’m a regular customer who has never had an issue with my account until Ashley completed my loan!!! Check my records I’m a regular customer!!
