Was in this store 2 days ago, and the lady working was helping a customer. There were 3 other people in line. There was a lady behind the counter talking very loud and inappropriate on her cell phone. I asked the nice lady at the counter why is this other lady not helping anyone. She said that the lady was her regional manager. I then said so what then she should defenietly know how to help, however she never did so I waited 30 minutes. Great service, made the feeling of borrowing money way less ackward, I've dealt with many loan place around town, and this is the only one I will continue to use. Hispanic guy in the store was great, we talked forever as if he was a long time friend. Don't waste your time with other loan companies this one is better. Debbie
