This rating is from the front window staff and medical assistances. The staff is the most unprofessional I've ever seen in a professional setting. You have one black girl that is so rude with that mark across her face looking like a chicken. They are unprofessional and rude. I had a CD from Envision Imaging and I took it down to the office.
