I bought a computer monitor they advertised on facebook marketplace. Price was reasonable. Monitor is does not work reliably. They will not refund my money or even offer a store credit. They hooked up an iphone by video cable to demonstrate the monitor in the store and consider that proof enough that the monitor worked. They weren't even interested in seeing what was wrong with it.
