This is the most unorganized business ran by a person who doesn't care about what kind of job his employees are doing. They drink on the job and leave their beer cans laying around in your garden bed, are on substances while at work, and also have to be micromanage and monitored bc they do not listen to instructions and cut all of the material the wrong lengths.
