Do not buy anything from this location I’ve asked questions about and I am on let go and was misinformed I also ask questions before making my purchase in store and was still misinformed and they are refusing to take back the item after it doesn’t do what they stated it would do. Nick from Lafayette is unprofessional. He hung up on me when I called to ask about what options I had for an x box that I had got for my son that wouldn't read a disc when he opened it. Offered to look at it but nothing else. Then back tracked and said I could pay for the part and they would fix it. Horrible customer service and will never go there again

Don't know why I'm even writing this review, since it seems It's customary for cash loan and security to delete any review they do not like. We purchased an Xbox One from CLS the beginning of this month. The game console was a birthday gift for our 7 year old. We took their word that it was a functional game system.
