I work at a physicians office and was calling to find a RX for one of our patients. Was told they are not taking any new patients for controlled substances… crazy if you ask me. Highly recommend any other pharmacy.
I was just told by the supervisor on duty that they WILL NOT fill a prescription I need to help control my A1C as I am diabetic. Why would a pharmacy refuse to fill a prescription, you might ask. Apparently, because my insurance may not reimburse enough on it so they're profit would not be enough and/or one of their "regular" customers might need it. Then she hung up on me. I really couldn't make this up if I tried. So much for the good ole "hometown pharmacy that cares."
