Absolutely horrible experience; purchased cart May 2019; it never worked right and would always stall out; called Scott multiple times right away and no call back; finally got a hold of him and he told me my battery was bad; took to his shop to replace battery with another used one; worked for a week or two then stopped again; took to local dealer and he checked and told me all batteries were bad; spent $800 on new ones and worked fine; two weeks later it stops working again; this time it was the charger; I called Scott, no ... read more
Got a golf cart, 1 year later was having issues with it slowing down. Batteries were fine, and originally called and was recommended to replace a speed sensor. No problem, would take care of it. When I had followed up asking for what specific part, I was told “do whatever you want but do not call me because I’m not messing with it” from the owner. RecommendedScott is AWESOME!!! We bought our cart last year, so so happy with it! Had an issue with the charger, Scott taking care of us quickly and is so helpful!! I was freaking out cuz its winter, he calmed me down!!! lol Get ur Carts here!!!!
We bought our golf cart from here last year and they were more than helpful, very honest and pleasant to deal with. We are very happy with our purchase. We have referred many friends to them and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again in the future!!!
