Prompt customer service they pay unbeatable price for old cars and the truck driver was very professional he took the car outa very hard spot with locked steering wheel very helpful highly recommend this guys
I was really disappointed with the service received today. The quoted price on the phone was for $500.00 but when the mechanic (eventually) turned up, the quote changed to $300.00. I feel like this is a scam to win the business and then changed to get the lower price. They should have quoted the price subject to inspection and be upfront about it. It took some haggling and walking away to land on $200. The car was as described, registered, driveable, in good condition, with engine gasket issues too expensive to repair. I've given the business feedback, suggesting they provide a price range if unsure or just be upfront about potential changes. It will avoid more 1 star reviews.
