Sameday pickup, which I appreciated. They gave me a window of 12:30–1:00, and I confirmed I’d be there by then. The driver actually showed up around noon, ahead of schedule. He let me know he might need to head to another job but said he’d call to check if he could wait for me to arrive at 12:30.
