WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The tow truck never showed up for the agreed 9am pick up. When I called the owner at 9.30am to see how far the truck was, I was advised that the tow truck was sent elsewhere and that they would be another 40 minutes minimum. The owner said that the tow truck called me at 7.30am to “confirm”. I did have a random missed call from a mobile number, but I assumed it was a scam call as there was no voicemail or text.
