Gave me a guaranteed offer for my car that was a very reasonable price after I negotiated for a couple minutes. Employees were helpful and understanding. Specifically the employee Mananita Lima. OA quick process. They were unable to schedule a time to tow my car away, they just said “the tow truck driver will show up in the next 24-48 hours and will call you an hour before pickup.” The tow driver was kind he waited 20 minutes for me and didn’t try and lower the selling price of the car.
I called this place today to get a quote and the lady i spoke with just tried to play Scare tactics to make me believe the value of the car im trying to sell would be low so i sell it to them. dont trust buyers like this. try other places. i told her i was shopping around for quotes and instead of asking question to provide a quote she kept trying to talk me into believing i cant get much for my car which is not true beased off quotes i already got. dont trust this place and allow them to play in your face. I was skeptical about this place because they offered me more money for my totaled car than any local junkyard, but it was totally legit! Customer service was helpful and available, they cut me a check and towed away my car!
