Great if you just want to junk your car but really bottom of the barrel customer service; wasted hours on the phone, confusing and convoluted communication, endless transferring over to other reps on the phone without finalizing anything. Big thumbs down.
Cash For Car values their customers and they are trustworthy! The services they have provided are excellent. I recently sold a car to them. They've paid me a reasonable price for my car. They have good team work, the towing driver was very professional and respecful Elsie
Explained the process to me very patiently while I made my mind up. The tow truck driver arrived earlier than expected pickup time. Very nice.
This was sooo easy to do. They did everything for me and all I had to do was hand them the keys. I got WAY more than I thought I would have, and more than any other website offered. Will be using them again one day, and I’ve already told everyone I know!
