Sent them a message on their website @ lunchtime today detailing immediate pickup of dying car from a service centre in ozzy park, got back to me shortly thereafter with a quoted cash-in-hand $$$ amount. Arranged to pick up vehicle from location and they promptly arrived, w/ cash in-hand and a nice hearty handshake. Waited around all day. They never showed up or called to apologize.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service. The driver was initially running late and ended up cancelling the car pick-up twice in a row, which has been a complete waste of my time. I made arrangements to be available on both occasions, and this level of unreliability is unacceptable.
