Tommy was awesome. I spoke with Sherri over the phone to set up appointment then Tom who came to pick up my car. Cash on the spot for my 20 year old barely working car. Unfortunately most places were giving me estimates of 50-150 payout and some not even cash. Tom paid me $200 which was a nice surprise.
