It’s definitely not as simple as they make it sound. First, you fill out the form online — then someone with terrible customer service calls you and asks the same questions over and over, even after you’ve already answered them clearly. She kept saying, “I don’t think I can get you more money,” even though I never asked for more. I told her twice I was fine with the offer, but she kept going, saying, “That’s all you’re going to get.” Again — I never asked for anything more. On top of that, she barely explains the process.
