I regretfully did business with copart on selling a vehicle & the transaction on pick up was great. The tower told us the bumper would be fine not attaching it back to car & actually helped us put it in the car. Well I got a call from their customer service which was obviously not English speaking but was so very rude & talked to me like crap! I would have give a 5th star, but your commicatuon needs to improve. I had to call to confirm schedule pickup. But that was not comunicated with the driver. Thankful he took it upon himself to call at 5:05 long after the schedule pickup (1-5pm) because he happened to be in the area. According to his schedule my car was supposed t I be pickup on Saturday. A said would have been great, but that was not even an option when I scheduled the pickup.
