Driver to pick up my car was very nice and knowledgeable. The problem is he did not call an hour before he arrived, he just showed up. In fact no one ever called from the Tow Company. After I made the sale, I was transferred to someone in Texas (I’m in Michigan), and she knew nothing about when they would pick my car up
Wish I could give less than 1 star based out of ionia only 20 minutes away and can come pick up my car awful business and lying said pick up in Michigan.
It was fast, easy and everyone was really nice. I would certainly work with them again!
Experience was fast and easy and the tow truck driver was very polite and even smelled good that's always a plus.
