Great experience with the company -- very quick, they picked up my car on the next business day, and they paid $584 when CarMax only offered $300.

I'm really disappointed that my car was purchased and the check won't deposit. I haven't been paid for my car and its in the company's possession. The tow driver however was excellent. Very nice man and appreciated his help. Not his fault for the mess up by any means. The company should pay in CASH not CHECK.
I was told that I would get a phone call before the driver gets there they was kind enough to do that to give me an hour ahead of time before they arrived that was great the driver was very patient and very polite
