Excellent service, prompt and efficient with good follow up.
The experience had a few ups and downs. The ups were some great customers service representatives who made it a good experience. The downs were few customers service representatives who did not. I was given misinformation as to when my car would be picked up and check given to me cannot be cashed until two hours has passed. Over all the experience was positive, and I would still recommend using Cash for Cars.
Quick and easy process, they came to pick up the car within 48 hours and took less than 15 minutes to do paperwork and get my check. Highly recommend!
